SPIRIT OF THE RIDE
Never too late
This trip is about living a passion, whatever your age or your situation.
We hope to inspire people that might feel they are too settled with careers to take a break. If we can do it, everyone else can. We have a mortgage, bills to pay, jobs and responsibilities.
The pandemic has shown to all of us we can never know what tomorrow is made of, nothing should be taken for granted. So take time for your dreams, and have some fun!
I am 33 and work as Project Manager in Investment Banking in the City of London. I grew up in France and studied and worked in the US and Switzerland before moving to the UK in 2015 where I discovered cycling.
I am very energetic and love a good chat and some banter. When I am not riding with my friends or enjoying a post ride pint, I love to run, watch movies, read, and sing.
I would love to connect with fellow cyclists to discuss ultra-racing, female cycling, and how to improve access to the sport. Please get in touch if you would like to meet en route, grab a drink or ride a leg with us!
I am 35 and work as an NHS Trauma & Orthopaedic registrar on the Percivall Pott rotation based out of Barts Health, the largest NHS trust in the United Kingdom.
I am British-Polish, and spent my childhood riding my mountain bike and doing the paper round. I have cycled Land’s End to John O’Groats twice, London to Morocco, Athens to Venice, and Los Angeles to New York.
I am passionate about how sports can help everyone better their mental and physical health. When not on my bike, you will find me running or racing cars.
I would love to connect with orthopaedic institutions around the world to collaborate and share knowledge. Please get in touch if you would like to meet en route to discuss bikes, orthopaedics, or to ride a stage!
